The hotel breakfast was very nice and the rooms were spacious and clean.
Upon arrival, we faced significant inconvenience as the TV and WiFi were not functioning. The restaurant being closed was another disappointment since we had been on the road for hours, making food options extremely limited. Although the staff attempted to make up for it by providing us with beverages and sandwiches, it left a sour note on our overall experience.

Had a fantastic time with friends, exploring the large shopping and leisure centre next door and attending the Six Days of Bremen event. The hotel made the stay so enjoyable with great family-focused services, allowing us to relax and have fun without any worries. Perfect location for discovering everything in the area!
One downside was that we faced some issues with the phone in our room not working, which was a bit inconvenient during our visit.
